History: The now-tired monarch of Athia was the founder of it's imperial government, pulling it from the mere Knightdom of it's past, and constructing a mighty empire. Mathius would have nothing to do with the commoners of the earth, and instead focused on the war with Haveramentes. Agammenate, ruler of Havermentes, finally came to a peace treaty with Athia, agreeing to merge the kingdoms under Aethia's banner and rulership. Mathius himself was a stern and unmoving warrior, who would never step down from the challenge in his prime. Now he is a tired old man, living out his last days in the imperial capital of Aethia, tired of his life.
